Have you ever seen Minecraft players performing difficult jumps in-game? That’s called Parkour. Minecraft parkour is one of the most popular activities you can take part in on either singleplayer or multiplayer. If you have ever thought about getting better at parkour and maximizing your chances of becoming one of the best, using Lunar Client can help you achieve this.

What is Minecraft Parkour?

Minecraft parkour is a gameplay style that requires players to navigate through obstacles using precise jumping, timing, and movement skills. There is a wide range of jumps players have to accomplish in order to advance to the next level of a parkour map. These jumps can range from Neo-jumps (Jumping from one block to another with a two-block or more “tower” blocking your way), to climbing walls, and increasing your momentum to jump further than three blocks. Players can download parkour maps or join parkour-related servers created by the community.

ToggleSprint Mod

Increasing momentum is extremely important, especially when performing difficult jumps, which is why the ToggleSprint Mod, allows you to continue sprinting without having to hold down a keybind or double-tap your movement key to start running.

Snaplook Mod

Need an easier way to know where the next jump is? Well, our Snaplook mod allows you to change your camera perspective while a button is pressed. This can be helpful for servers like Hypixel, where mods like Freelook aren’t allowed.

Stopwatch Mod

By enabling this mod and setting a Start/Stop keybind, you’ll be able to track your time using the many different display options.

Momentum Mod

Need to calculate your movement speed? By enabling the Momentum mod, you’ll be able to view your current velocity when running, walking, and jumping. You can change these settings to Round To either 1 Decimal(s), or it’s nearest.

Coordinates Mod

Using the coordinates mod can help you with positioning your X, Y, and Z placements, giving you a better chance on effectively passing through different obstacles. This would also serve as a useful mod for tracking your progress on different parkour maps and servers.

Direction HUD Mod

Instead of pressing F3 to view the direction you’re facing, why not use our Direction HUD Mod? With this mod, you’ll be able to view the direction that you’re facing. You can also enable the Marker Value option so you’ll be able to get a precise angle on where you need to be facing.

Maximizing Performance While Doing Parkour

Lacking the skills to perform parkour movements isn’t the only downside, but consistent performance drops can also be your No.1 enemy, especially when you’re trying to perform difficult levels. While changing your performance settings can help improve your FPS, we have the perfect solution for you!

Utilizing Turbo Entities

With the recent release of Turbo Entities, now is your chance to utilize it’s feature and maximise your performance! If you don’t know, Turbo Entities expands on optimization for Minecraft, for version 1.17, up to the latest. In some instances, this feature can more than double FPS on servers like MCC Island. We understand that servers that utilize custom entities and textures can prove to be a pain for performance, which is why enabling this feature is a must, eliminating potential lag spikes.
